Rancho California RV Resort boast of many amenities for the owners. Golf cart parking at the front with electrical connection for the cart charger is separated from the main entrance by the drought resistant landscape.  A beautiful wood and metal gate close off the entrance and although created from solid wood and metal, it slides open or closed like a hot knife slides through butter.

Black wood plank flooring starts just behind the gate and draws you into the Casita and out to the back sun patio. This unique flooring is the same wood used for marine purposes. You can take a hose to it. Slats allow water to run through and drain out to the RV side onto the ground.

Electric screens cover all the openings of the Casita.  When in the down position, they create privacy and help control the interior temperature whether you want more warmth or cooling down. 

The first of two side screens open up to the dining/kitchen area.  The long kitchen counters are stainless steel. A back splash of tiles creates a beautiful space for the chef. Overhead lighting and fans run the length of the Casita ceiling. There is a large sink with hot water and garbage disposal, a built in range, and two beverage coolers.

Towards the back is the living room with most of the lovely furniture included with the property. Continue out the back entrance to the large sun patio and find it surrounded by a low wall with a gate opening out to the large green belt.
