Redecorating has been extensive, the location is almost perfect with year around access provided by paved and snow maintained Seven Oaks Road. Huge old California live oaks hover over the rear of the cabin where the cabin life is oriented to the river behind. The Santa Ana river is about 150 feet away for fishing because it is stocked 6 months out of each year, hiking for miles up and down the river, bicycling on hundreds of miles of trails, close to Jenks Lake, even a nice restaurant 2 miles down the road. On U. S. Forest Service land under a 20 year "special use permit", it cannot be used as a full time residence and cash only offers will be considered.
